About Me

In 2006 I studied to become a .NET developer and achieved an MCSD certification using C#.NET 2.0. Soon after that I pursued front-end development when the limitless possibilities for the future of web development using front-end technologies were apparent to me.

I am enthusiastic about front-end development, continuously working to expand my knowledge using sought after development stacks. Discovering, understanding and implementing the latest in web technologies is as fascinating to me today as it ever was – personally and professionally. Always seeking to explore and exploit the outer reaches of new front-end technologies

I am fascinated in Virtual/Augmented reality, and Artificial Intelligence real-world applications using JavaScript and have also developed skills for the Amazon Echo using NodeJS and the Alexa Skills Kit.

I also enjoy experimenting with JavaScript micro-controllers (i.e. Espruino), and components such as infra-red and ultrasonic distance sensors, accelerometers, NFC/RFID readers and motion sensors.
